Finance Manager

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBITIES
1. Responsible for month end and year end closing including preparing and presenting financial and management's reports.

2. Prepare financial analysis to support management in decision making as well as process improvement recommendation.

3. Responsible for annual budgeting and monthly/quarterly forecast.

4. Monitor and guide the Accounting team in day to day financial and accounting operations including reporting, fixed asset management, bank reconciliation and inventory management.

5. Oversee the treasury function including cash management, loan monitoring and forex transaction planning.

6. Ensure effectiveness and compliance of internal control according to corporate and financial policies.

7. Oversee the Account Payables (AP) function including the invoice processing, process improvement and AP Procedures best practice.

8. Account Receivables (AR) collection control and ensure the right policies and procedures are in place and credit risk is managed effectively.

9. Ensure timely preparation and submission of all statutory and tax filing.

10. Liaise with external auditors and tax agents.

11. Ad-hoc tasks/projects when required.

 

REQUIREMENTS

1. Candidate must possess at least university degree or above, major in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.

2. At least 5 years relevant working capacity and experiences in Managerial role.

3. Familiar with financial policy and procedure, full set of accounts, data analysis and capacity of tax planning.

4. Attention to detail and ability to complete tasks in timely manner.

5. Ability to be hands on is a must.

6. Excellent communication, meticulous, interpersonal and strong problem solving skills.

7. Able to work under stress environment.

8. Proficiency in MS excel is a must.

9. Proficiency in English both written and spoken. Fluency in Mandarin is added advantage.
